Big shout out to itsa300zx. He sent me a modified OEM shifter for short throw and a seriously nice bearing/bushing setup. He can do as much or as little throw reduction as you like. I opted for 35%. Also, the bearing/bushing modification allows you to tighten the bolt and not have to fine tune the torque on it for the right amount of force required to shift. You just torque it well and its ready to go. No pain in the ass washers to deal with either. Seriously impressive. My Z1 premium short throw shifter rattled at high RPMs. When i took it out, i found the problem. The way the bearing setup is designed, the bolt is loose inside of the sleeve and allows the shifter to rattle. This modified shifter paired with the Zspeed V2 solid shift mount is probably the best shifter setup for the Z32. Cheers!
